#WeArePlay Founder Feature: Jazz and Mychal

Years after meeting in college, Mychal and Jazz, alongside their longtime friend Andre, joined forces to address the challenges drivers face during traffic stops. Mychal’s expertise in software and electronics, Andre's in finance, and Jazz’s as a public defender led them to create TurnSignl — an app that connects drivers to an attorney in real-time when pulled over.

Their aim is to inform people of their rights, provide guidance, and support peaceful interactions. Initially launched in Minnesota, TurnSignl has expanded nationwide, helping countless drivers. Next, they plan to integrate the app into vehicles, enabling direct video calls with lawyers from car dashboards.
