Jazz Hampton, Esq.

CEO and Co-Founder

Jazz Hampton is Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel at TurnSignl. Hampton has been featured on NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, MSNBC, CBS, and NBC Top Story, and was recently named one of Minneapolis-St. Paul’s 40 Under 40 for his work at TurnSignl and in the community, where he sits on the Board of Directors, Spare Key, Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, and the Minneapolis Foundation. He is also a member of the Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain’s Philanthropic Advisory Council. Before joining TurnSignl, Hampton was the Director of Diversity and Inclusion and a practicing attorney at Foley & Mansfield, a national law firm with 150+ attorneys, as well as an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an Emerging Leader within Twin Cities Diversity in Practice, and the Co-Chair of DRI’s Young Lawyer Diversity Committee.

Jazz says: I am incredibly passionate about the work that we do here at TurnSignl. I became a lawyer because I wanted to zealously advocate for those who needed it most. Before that, I obtained a computer science degree because I love technology. Now I get to do both of those things while working with people I truly consider family at this point.

Dre says: I enjoy waking up every day knowing that our app has the opportunity to potentially help save someone's life. I also enjoy the culture we have built; many of the people we work with are more than just peers to me.

Cree Larson

Director of Marketing & Success

Cree Larson is the Director of Marketing & Success at TurnSignl, where she focuses on engagement and connection to put best-in-class legal guidance in the passenger seat for drivers across the country. Specializing in branding and integrated marketing, Cree uses her 10+ years of experience to make connections in the moments that matter most. When she's not building a website or obsessing over analytics, Cree is an avid reader and loves coaching gymnastics for the youth in her community.

Cree says: There's nothing better than getting to collaborate with people that are smarter than me every day! Being in a place where I can use the skills I've picked up over the years to help people and a chance to work with a lot of dedicated, caring folks is amazing. Getting to do work that empowers the members of my community is so important to me.

Damian Wilson, MBA

He also sits on the Board Of Advisors for the Justice Technology Association and is happily married with twin boys.

Damian says: I truly enjoy the autonomy, accountability, ownership, and expectation for greatness that each member of this team brings to the table. We can each go off into our functional areas and come back together as a team to celebrate collective wins, knowing the person to our left and right, not only has our best interests at heart, but is carrying forward their own initiatives. The impact of the work we do every day has the ability to change the course of people's lives for the better.

Matt is one of the newest members of the team and we are already excited to see how his knowledge and expertise continue to grow the company’s impact.

Matt says: I enjoy working at a company that truly improves the lives of each and every one of our TurnSignl users. I was given the opportunity to work for a company where every employee wakes up every day with the goal of helping protect drivers’ civil rights, de-escalating roadside interactions, and making sure everyone gets home safely. This is something I am passionate about and couldn’t have been a better fit.

We couldn’t do it without you.

At the end of the day, all of us want to express our gratitude for every single person who has supported us along our journey. The impact we have on individual drivers, their families, and our partners is at the core of how we put our positive mission to work, and we would not be able to accomplish any of it without the continued support of our community!
